What to Bring to the Hospital

We suggest you bring an accurate list of all medications and supplements, including doses you currently take. You may also want to bring a robe, slippers, toothbrush, shaving equipment, and other personal items. If you forget a personal care item such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, or comb the hospital can provide that for you.

When not in use, dentures, contact lenses, and eyeglasses should be placed in protective containers.

Depending on your condition for admission, you may want reading materials, DVDs, or personal music players. GRMC has wireless internet access so you may use a computer in your patient room. We also remind guests to bring their cellular phone chargers.

Items to Leave Home

Please do not bring jewelry, credit cards, bankcards, more than a few dollars in cash, or other valuables.
