GRMC offers wireless internet access on the main hospital campus. Patients and guests may request access instructions from the nurses stations.

This free service is available for any inpatient currently at GRMC. We cannot deliver cards to patients in our emergency department or patients receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing.

• Messages must be sent by 11 a.m. CST to ensure delivery on the same day.
  
• Patient messages received after 11 a.m. CST on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday may not be delivered until the following Monday.
  
• Messages may not be forwarded to patients that have been discharged from the hospital.
  
• GRMC reserves the right to read and review messages sent to patients; cards containing unsuitable or offensive messages will not be delivered.
  

Although every reasonable effort is made to make sure messages will be delivered, there are no guarantees.

GRMC offers a free service that helps patients keep in touch with their families and friends.

Link to a worldwide program called “CaringBridge,” a free, easy-to-use Internet service developed to keep friends and family informed during challenging life events, including medical treatment or rehabilitation, childbirth, chronic disease management, and end-of-life care.
