Group Exercise Center

Located in downtown Grinnell in Postels Community Health Park at 807 Broad St., Grinnell Regional Wellness and Fitness Center offers a diverse selection of fitness classes and on-site childcare. In fact, you won’t find a better variety of instructors anywhere. Membership fee includes all classes and access to the fitness equipment available at the Paul W. Ahrens Fitness and Rehabiliation Center as well as one free personal training session a month and unlimited hydrotherapy massage on our AquaMed bed.
